New Scholar also accepts reviews.

Scholarly articles, review articles, technical or research reports submitted to New Scholar should be 4000-6000 words (or equivalent for creative pieces).  Short commentaries and short technical or research notes should be 800-1500 words and reviews should be 1000-1500 words.
